Local Vendors, Parenting Workshops, Networking Opportunities and More –
Specially Designed for Urban Parents

Raising children in a busy, fast-paced urban area can add a unique layer of challenges to the complex task of parenting. In an effort to provide a one-stop shop for metro moms (and dads), the first annual Metro Mom Expo will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011, from 10am-3pm at the Rue Gym (301 Garden Street) in Hoboken.

More than 25 local vendors, offering products and services such as child care, summer camps, yoga classes and more will be on hand and attendees will also have the option to attend one of 16 scheduled workshops throughout the day. The keynote address will feature food sociologist Dr. Dina Rose and there will be raffles for valuable prizes as well as an opportunity for local parents to network during lunch.
